Welcome, we haven't begun selling tickets yet. We will enable registration on September 28th at 2:00 pm PST but until then, here is more information:
The Schedule for Saturday, March 7, 2020
6:00-7:00 PM : Check in, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, pictures, raffle opportunities and silent auction.
7:00-8:30 PM : Dinner begins with the specialty desert auction, followed by drawing our raffles. Cash bar and wine for your table available for purchase.
8:30-10:00 PM : Let the bidding begin!
10:00-11:00PM : Dance and celebrate your winnings!
This event is Adults Only, 21 and over.

Early Bird Special: $85 per person from September 28th - October 3rd. Additional cocktail drink ticket with purchase.
Individual Tickets: $95 per person from October 4th - March 1st or until sold out

In order to properly manage the bar, each ticket holder will be given 1 (or 2 for VIP tables) drink ticket(s) to be redeemable for our Signature Drink, Beer, House Champagne or House Wine.
Hors D'Oeuvre Menu
* French Fry Cone Station: Choice of tator tots, fries, or sweet potato waffle fries and choice of dipping sauces
*Artisan Cheese Display: Artisan cheeses accompanied with assorted dried fruits and nuts, crackers, sliced baguette, grapes, fresh berries, and homemade Canyon Lakes wildflower honey
* Harvest Platter: White bean hummus with sliced raw vegetables, marinated feta cheese, sliced Molinari salami, pickled mushrooms, roasted assorted vegetables, grain mustard, pickled vegetables, and crackers
First Course
* Mixed Green Salad: Apple, candied walnut, blue cheese, house balsamic vinaigrette
Dinner Menu
* Choice of:
◦ Grilled Salmon with english pea potato cake, rainbow chard, spring pea puree, and fennel-orange vinaigrette
◦Roasted Free Range Half Chicken with Yukon potato puree, asparagus, and Meyer Lemon Pan Sauce
◦ Spinach Fettuccini with local asparagus, mushrooms, roasted cherry tomatoes, basil almond pesto, and parmesan cheese (veg)
