Auction Ticket Registration

Welcome, we haven't begun selling tickets yet. We will enable registration on December 1 at 9:00 am PST but until then, here is more information:

The Schedule for Saturday, March 3, 2018
6:30-7:30 PM : Check in, cocktails, pictures, raffle opportunities and silent auction.
7:30-9:00 PM : Dinner begins with the specialty desert auction, followed by drawing our raffles. Cash bar and wine for your table available for purchase.
9:00-10:30 PM : Let the bidding begin!
10:30-11:30PM : Dance and celebrate your winnings!

This event is Adults Only, 21 and over.

Ticket Options
Individual Tickets: $75/person from December 1st - January 12th & $85/person from January 13th - March 2nd or until sold out

Ice VIP Table (table of 10, only 4 available): $950 from December 1st - January 13th & $1,050 from January 14th - March 2nd
* Individual Ticket benefits AND
* Priority check-in and check-out
* An extra cocktail drink ticket
* 2 Bottles of wine for the table 
* Prime table location
* Guaranteed seating with your friends

Fire VIP Ticket (table of 10, only 4 available): $1,050 from December 1st - January 13th & $1,150 from January 14th - March 2nd
* Individual Ticket benefits AND
* An extra cocktail drink ticket
* 4 Bottles of wine for the table
* Priority check-in and check-out
* BEST table location
* Guaranteed seating with your friends

In order to properly manage the bar, each ticket holder will be given 1 (or 2 for VIP tables) drink ticket(s) to be redeemable before 7:30 pm for our Signature Drink, Beer, House Champagne or House Wine. Arrive at 6:30 pm to take advantage!

* Champagne Hazelnut Salad: Watercress, Butter Lettuce, Sliced Fuji Apples, Toasted Hazelnuts, Champagne Vinaigrette with Shallots
* Choice of:
   ◦ Pan Seared Chicken Picatta with Lemon Butter Caper Sauce
